All of us at Humanitarian Wellbeing understand that when in the field, food choices and your time to prepare meals can be quite limited.
Food in the Field is about sharing quick-to-prepare, nutritious recipes for surviving the chaos of the day.
We are looking for recipes that are good for your brain, your soul and your body.
What do you eat? Share your recipe with us and take a foodie photo.
Here are a couple of simple recipes to add to your cooking repertoire.
Via Nom Nom Paleo
Magic Mushroom Powder
No matter what you are eating, this magic powder makes everything taste better. (seems almost illegal)
Use it to lift the flavour of staples like dried noodles, rice, instant soups, vegetables and eggs. Truly magic.
Egg Drop Soup
You can make this soup anywhere and in just 5 minutes -or less.
No broth? This recipe works with a stock cube.
Make it tastier with Magic Mushroom powder, chilli sauce, sesame oil, or a squeeze of lemon juice.
