This tool can be used regularly to look at scheduling self care activities into your days and weeks.
We would suggest that you revisit the plan every month and update accordingly.
PACKAGE OF AFFIRMATIONS -
This package has 36 affirmations via beautifully illustrated to support you with your daily affirmations in the field.
You can use the slides as posters and / or you can cut the affirmations out and spread them across your living space and / or office. Enjoy!
